Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Vitanex Biosciences processes and ships orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed the same day payment is received.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship orders using UPS Tracking.
Estimated transit times (after your order has been processed):

Expedited Shipping: 1–5 business days

Same-day delivery available in some areas
These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders over $299.

We ship across Canada at a flat rate of $15 per order unless otherwise stated.

Local same-day delivery is available for some areas.
4. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a pickup location:

We can re-ship the order to an updated address, and additional shipping charges may apply.

If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.
If your order appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

For damaged deliveries, please include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution in line with our policies.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is being processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If you need to request a change, please contact us at info@vitanex.ca as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been submitted.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
